Bible Play — Learning Bible Stories Through Play

Tia Helenita Histórias Infantis, a store specializing in children’s books and educational toys, approached Megaleios to develop an app where children could learn Bible stories through play. Bible Play combined reading and illustration in an experience where children could build the scenes themselves.

Megaleios developed a phone and tablet app with elements and backgrounds for illustrating stories. The original launch described 200 stories with images, text, and suggested scenes, eight backgrounds, and more than 600 stickers featuring people, animals, nature, and other objects. Children could combine these elements and use their imagination to create their own illustrations.

The project became Bible Play, with Android and Apple device versions described at its original launch. This case study documents the work delivered. Current app store availability and usage metrics have not been confirmed.
